Cedar Creek Woodshop's exclusive “Lifetime Warranty” covers product defects and/ or damages and craftsmanship. Please note that larger lumber, such as 2x6's, 2x8's, 2x10's, 4x4's, timbers and the like but not limited to, are prone to crack and/or check and this is NOT considered a defect or damage. This is normal for larger dimensional lumber and is not covered by our guarantee as we have no control over Mother Nature.

We warranty each item purchased from Cedar Creek Woodshop against damage or defects for as long as you own it, without exception! (COMMERCIAL PURCHASES FOR 1 YEAR ONLY) If the product becomes damaged or defective in any way, except as previously listed, simply call or email us at the following contact information and we will replace the damaged part free of charge, all you pay is for shipping for most warranty issues. If we deem an item is not repairable, we will gladly replace the item free of charge with like item, but shipping will be paid for by the customer. For issues that require a service visit, there will be a small charge to come out. Abuse, neglect, acts of god, or anything else that is NOT normal wear and tear WILL NOT BE COVERED.

You’ll never have to purchase a new item as if the item in question cannot be fixed or repaired, we simply replace the item. (Certain Restrictions Do Apply For Internet Mail Orders)

Here at Cedar Creek Woodshop, we want to make sure you are happy with the item you purchase. Unfortunately, due to the size and nature of what we sell, returns are not accepted. (SEE WARRANTY INFORMATION ABOVE)
If we do accept a return, it will be for the purchase price only, shipping will not be refunded and THERE WILL BE A 25% Restocking Fee. This includes items that say free shipping. We still have to pay shipping to get the item to you, so if we do accept a return, it will be less shipping and handling. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
